My job also includes preparation of documentation, work instructions, road maps, restore and Disaster Recovery plans, risk analysis, but also knowledge sharing, that I personally believe is one but very important way to success, in any organisation.Furthermore I participate in both internal and external revisions.Experience with other supporting systems in JN Data, includes Jira, Cherwell and IP Center.
