-Making and presenting weekly and monthly reports.-Planning and giving support to other areas.-Planning and programming work load of the team in charge. -Assisting in creation and presentation of new projects. -Update of Software to control work and material.-Product release in its final stage.

-Recruiting, training and management of staff.-Supervising warehouse activities.-Reaching suppliers and negociating prices, amount and delivery times. -Defining growth strategies for constant improvement of the store.
