Current• Primary responsibility for ensuring a positive customer relationship• To optimise revenue opportunities with the existing customer base through expanding services, identifying new project opportunities and enhancing license arrangements• To ensure the divisions Projects are delivered on-time, in-full and aligned to the processes, policies and procedures of the company• To ensure the divisions Support Obligations are delivered on-time, in-full and aligned to the processes, policies and procedures of the company• To ensure resourcing needs are identified and appropriate allocation of skills are made to tasks to ensure projects and support are delivered• To ensure KPI’s are set for all staff and adhered to• To ensure staff development needs are identified and an agreed development plan established for all Microsoft Division consultants
