Woodside is the largest operator of oil and gas production in Australia and also Australia’s largest independent dedicated oil and gas company.I have worked on multiple projects including the implementation of HV switchboard maintenance plans as well as transformer maintenance plans projects. In addition, I have completed data verification of up to 52,000 electrical equipment in hazardous areas; I ensured data integrity was maintained in line with Woodside’s performance standard and Master Data standard. My focus is on achieving a high level of accuracy whilst reviewing data from various sources, including site electrical equipment inspection sheets, single line diagrams, piping & instrumentation diagrams as well as transformer and switchboard general arrangement drawings. I communicate regularly with site engineers and planners on required changes to SAP PM module, and to suggest recommendations to improve the master data for campaign and shutdown maintenance.One of the highlights during my time at Woodside was working as the Managing Contractor for the preparation, editing and corresponding updates of a microsoft access database which enabled subcontractors to complete data input of site electrical inspection sheets into microsoft access database more efficiently. My role entailed the completion of the final QA/QC of the database before all the data was uploaded into SAP.

Transfield Services provides asset management, project and capital management outsourcing, and infrastructure development services.As Technical Assistant, I generated over 3,000 as-built instrumentation datasheets for a major project for key client Woodside. I recorded, processed, and interpreted data with specialised software programs and databases in line with strict standards. I also ensured that all data was accurate. During this time, I gained an in-depth understanding of equipment used on site, as well as hazardous area classification and protection. Additionally, I gained familiarity with client and supplier documentation, as well as the verification process followed by senior engineers.

In this Perth-based role, I worked on a project for Woodside’s North Rankin Complex hydrocarbon platform. I provided assistance to senior engineers by producing instrumentation datasheets on equipment such as control valves, temperature gauges, pressure gauges, and thermowells.I also assisted with I/O channel allocation for the Process Control System (PCS) and the Safety Instrumented System (SIS). Furthermore, I keyed in file notes for control system updates for multiple Woodside brownfield projects, including Eastern Flank, Western Flank, Pluto MEG start-up pumps, and the Karratha Gas Plant shutdown.While successfully completing the aspects of projects I was assigned, I focused on maintaining a high level of accuracy.
