In my role as Director of Operations at BlendJet®, I led the implementation of EDI and ERP systems to optimize business processes. By managing vendor compliance issues, I successfully secured over 600K in vendor paybacks. My focus on automation initiatives has significantly improved operational efficiency and cost savings.

Manage the Inside Sales Department and Planning/Allocations Department processing over 4.4 GW/$1.7 billion in sales for the US, Canada, and the Caribbean. The combined teams consist of 10 individuals. Primary contact with IT on all process and system improvements for Salesforce.com, SAP S4 Hana, and Domo.

Managed a team of 9 in the Sales Service Dept. Team processed over 300 million dollars annually in sales for the US, Canada, and Latin America. Primary point of contact to all system issues related to EDI, Oracle R12, and in house deal sheet system. Responsible for the set-up and the addition of new customers. Reviewed vendor manuals gathering feedback from key stake holders to ensure the companies best interest was taken into consideration before moving forward with and agreement. Managed several key accounts including Amazon and Kmart. 

Managed a team of 5 Sales Service Reps and 2 Systems Admin. Oversaw the processing of sales orders with sales service reps to make sure orders are processed and shipped within company guidelines. Point person for all system related issues including but not limited to; EDI, Oracle 11i, and in house deal sheet system. Primary resource for all additions or changes to price list, and modifiers that adjust specific customer prices.

Responsible for direct management of 2 systems admins. Point person for all system related issues including but not limited to; EDI, Oracle 11i, and in house deal sheet system. Primary resource for all additions or changes to price list, and modifiers that adjust specific customer prices. Key team member in the system conversion from Oracle 11.03 to Oracle 11i.

Managed the day to day systems for sales service group that included EDI and Oracle 11.03. Worked directly with manager and IT on new projects and systems issues. Responsible for all new customer set-ups and additions. Worked with EDI analyst on testing and set-up for all EDI accounts. Set-up up all discounts and price list in Oracle 11.03. Alerted sales service reps of discrepancies related to their accounts.

Responsible for management of over 40 Key Accounts with a much larger sales volume than the previous position. Close interaction with the Sales Directors and the Sales Service Director ensuring that both domestic and overseas orders are placed and booked. Tracked accounts daily to ensure that shipping deadlines were met for both domestic and import orders.

Managed over 1000 East Coast Specialty Accounts. Duties included but not limited to; answering phone calls from customers, order entry, product returns, order tracking, product knowledge, account status, as well as general customer service. Worked directly with Sales Service Director to ensure customer needs were handled in a timely basis.
