• Vessels traffic and berthing process in Latin America, offering support on loading and unloading operations, facing critical issues, such as damages, malfunctions, and any other unexpected situation that could result.
• Controlling of all Mercosul shipments between Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay offices, for acquisition of loading authorization for each vessel with a government agency;
• Tracking of cargoes shipped to all operated ports internationally;

• Coordination of air and sea shipments in the automotive, white appliances and retail;
• Management of all the import process and new business development, acting directly with clients (in house for over a year);
• International freight and Tender Negotiation including door-to-door services in the Procurement area;
