• Responsible for all export and import documentation;• Special projects for roro cargo (vehicles, machines, break bulk) and containers;• Risk analysis according to local rules and regulations and from the involved countries;• Vessels traffic and berthing process in Latin America, offering support on loading and unloading operations, facing critical issues, such as damages, malfunctions, and any other unexpected situation that could result in delays / vessel’s operations stoppage;• Controlling of all Mercosul shipments between Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay offices, for acquisition of loading authorization for each vessel with a government agency;• Tracking of cargoes shipped to all operated ports internationally; • Cars and vans booking desk with a volume of approximately 3000 units per vessel with daily contact with the main automakers in Brazil.
