During this time I was an adviser offering startups (primary blockchain) various services in different fields of knowledge and mostly focused on next areas: ❖ Defining requirements and goals of each project in order to create a stable and long-term business model;❖ Providing deep market research and business analysis in order to outline the overall market conditions, competitors, market size, growth potential, advantages over competitors;❖ Fundraising support by defining VCs and gathering all necessary information about each project including pitch decks, concept document, defining project core features, investment model etc.;❖ Providing design of different mechanics that integrate values and motivation for participants and reward contribution to project development;❖ Define technologies and infrastructure that fully cover business and technical requirements.

The work is focused on analyzing the needs of clients and providing them with qualified legal assistance. Among other things, my work focuses on analyzing court practice and the legal framework, drafting relevant procedural documents and assisting counsel in preparing for court hearings.
