Management of 5 laboratories including analytical chemistry (GCMS, GC-FID, LCMSMS, ICMS, ICPMS), physical (Instron and Cerulean), semi-exploratory, materials characterization (GCMS Shimadzu) and puff-per-puff analysis (FT-IR). 20 direct reports.

Management of 1 laboratory : planning, analyses, results delivery and instruments maintenance (Cerulean). 6 direct reports.

Study of cryogenic cooling during thermal spraying on aeronautical engine pieces for CFM turbines.· Bibliographic research on cryogenic cooling during thermal spraying (Plasma and HVOF)· Tests implementation to characterize thermal sprayings coatings (Thermal barrier Coating, Tungsten Carbide, Tests: hardness, Adhesion, microstructure)· Study of different thermal spraying torches· Weekly reports and meetings with other Airbus Services· Economical study about cryogenic cooling implementation

Study of Aluminization Vapour Deposition (APVS) for CFM engines· REACh regulation impact on Chromium powder (used in APVS process)· Chromium powder replacement and garbage management· Implementation of mechanical tests on APVS samples· 3 weeks responsible of Materials Laboratory
