Hrvatski Telekom (http://t.ht.hr/en/), part of Deutsche Telekom Group, is the incumbent telecommunications provider in Croatia. It is a fully integrated market leader with over 5000 employees. As a Senior Specialist for Corporate Strategy, my tasks have been truly diverse:• Mapped the customer journey and identified pain points along the way• Communicated HT strategy internally. Wrote and directed a short animated film in style of espionage movies starring our CEO at the time. The whole movie was created in-house, and was the most commented story in history of HT’s intranet.• Coordinated HT’s numerous departments dealing with security and helped them establish a joint public communication platform, resulting in Corporate Security sub-page on HT’s website• Scouted, coached and coordinated over 30 startups for hub:raum, Deutsche Telekom’s startup accelerator in Krakow• Established an internal innovation process dubbed Ideomat which saw over 100 employee ideas submitted in less than 12 months• Performed optimization analysis and developed outsourcing scenarios for company reorganization in 2014
