Current• Managing the dispatch of outbound orders through in-house drivers and 3rd party logistics depending on customer needs. Ensuring customers are provided full paperwork of orders including bill of ladling, packing lists, and PODs.• Conduct monthly audits on stock and customer project material to meet annual inventory standards of 100% accuracy. Bookkeep records of receipts, packing lists, bills of ladling, PODs, and orders.• Onboard new associates on process and procedures ensuring consistency and success. Supervising the quality assurance that items are properly received, stored, and following order preparation. Familiarizing associates with material location, warehouse equipment, and administrating duties as their roles dictate to achieve business goals.• Rearranged the warehouse layout creating a streamline of material including customer property and inventory. Refined the delivery process providing effective customer service through proof of deliveries.
