1 Sept I started a new position as Plant Manger by the company Simson Strong-tie. This is a dream position for me with a partly automated production for high quality structural products for the building industry. The company is today producing with a good efficiency and I look forward to providing my inputs and drive the production to the next level including the move to a new green field locations in Horsens in 2023.

2014- Plant director for Pilot plant. Changed the plant into a pilot plant for proto type products and new technologies. The organisation includes +130 people, hereof 80BC, 25LBC and 25WC. Defined new mission and strategy and implemented and developed the team to handle proto type products and technologies in a very close cooperation with the R&D engineers for product and equipment. The main objectives is to de-risk the product and secure design for manufacturing before roll out to the +15 plants worldwide. This also includes making sure technology transfer secures a fast ramp up. Highligts- Developed a new Mission and Vision for a Pilot Plant. Provided a change management plan and managed a successful implementation.- Continuously adjusted and developed team to manage a changing demand from the market - HSE change mind set to keep people safe and avoid/reduce accidents- People: Change management for more engaging work and for more motivated employees. Results reflected in a turnover of 1% and absence below 3% per year.- Implemented successfull new individuel results drive salary- Customer satisfaction: Focus on creating a service minded and passionate team. Results reflected in high customer satisfaction as a preferred partner for development projects.
