• Manage Inland Delivery teams in AU and NZ to run the Inland business efficiently in accordance to defined product commitments. • Execute inland first mile solutions in a reliable, predictable, and efficient manner.• Monitor service quality of Inland Delivery across customers and modes (e.g., Truck, Rail, Barge, Inter Terminal and Coastal Moves) and act on non-compliance to defined product or customer standards.• Ensure delivery compliance of all FCL and FAK underbond approvals, including Sea Cargo Compliance• Drive standardization initiatives within Inland, and provide input on gaps in platforms, processes, automation etc.• Ensure Inland Delivery team(s) are trained and practice in accordance with global standards for managing inland orders, safety, and local legal regulations.• Identify / attract and retain talent and equip them with an ambitious learning plan; offering constant opportunities to practice innovation and change leadership.• Responsible for managing day to day performance management of vendors to ensure on time delivery, capacity and split of volumes is safeguarded as well as ad hoc capacity is secured.

• Accountable for distribution and logistics of Vaccine across the Seqirus Network. Including Products of National Significance manufactured in Parkville (e.g., Anti Venom’s)• Navigate the complex import/export requirements across the globe to enable delivery of vaccine product and intermediates from the Seqirus manufacturing sites and Contract Manufacturing Organisations to meet customer expectations, on time, in full and at the correct temperature using compliant processes and procedures.• Ensure adherence to the Seqirus import/export compliance program, relevant regional custom laws, and relevant government/agency regulations to minimize exposure to penalties and fines from non-compliance.• Manage third party service providers to achieve the on-time, in full delivery, at the correct storage temperature of all products and intermediates shipped to Customer Distribution Centres and internally within Seqirus. • Provide subject matter expertise during on-site audits of Distribution Centres responsible for receiving and onward shipping products and intermediates.• Provide “cold chain consultancy” services across the Seqirus manufacturing sites and with external distribution centres.• Maintain knowledge of global Customs requirements and keep team educated on changes to regulations.• Vendor Monthly and Quarterly business reviews of KPI’s measuring NCR’s and on time deliveries.• Internal Stakeholders – Manufacturing Sites (Parkville, Marburg, Patheon), Finance, Global Quality and QA• External Stakeholders – Government Agencies, ABF, TGA, DAFF, USDA, FDA., USA CBP

Responsibility • Management and P&L responsibility for Automotive group (Air and Ocean) customs clearance, transport, invoicing, Import and Export Freight Forwarding• Ad-hoc freight forwarding quotes for non-contracted trade lanes• GM Holden Key Account management for AU and NZ, RFQ preparation and presentation. Monthly and Quarterly compliance and performance KPI reviews. Collaborative management of all GM Holden's service providers (Shipping lines, Freight Forwarders, Transport and suppliers) to ensure uninterrupted supply of parts to GM Holden production plant in Adelaide, Holden Engine plant and service parts.

• Management of Melbourne Airfreight Customs P&L • Support and Management of Customs clearance, Transport and Invoicing.• Monthly department meetings and key KPI reviews

Responsibilities• Account management with Monthly and Quarterly Customs Clearance and freight forwarding KPI reviews.• Monthly and Quarterly KPI reviews of Sydney Hewlett Packard Distribution Centre.• Weekly travel to Sydney to work in Hewlett Packed office to ensure fulfilment of expected SLA’s for customer orders and assist Hewlett Packard with urgent shipment enquiries. Educate Hewlett Packard key employees of import process and build on solid working relationships.• Travel to Singapore with regional KAM’s for yearly business reviews and training on Hewlett Packard programs.

• Responsible for daily operation of HP customs clearance• Attended Meetings with Australian Customs In Canberra with Hewlett Packard in the CMR Accredited Client Program Business Partner Working Group.

• Involved in all aspects of customs clearance process including invoicing and transport• support and assist airfreight customs manager with monthly department meetings, KPI reviews
