More than 36 years ago, a shoemaker who worked around my house, came to my mom to ask her if she was aware of the business that I, her 4-year-old daughter, was running in the afternoons.My mother, stunned, said no and asked for more details. I had convinced a friend 7 years older than me to raffle ornamental plants. I got the plants as gifts from my friend’s aunt, who had a large garden in her yard. In some cases I even remember making smaller flowerpots from the biggest. With my friend, we made the raffle numbers and went out around the neighborhood to sell them. Our best and loyal clients were the shoemakers. Then we draw a happy winner. With the money we bought ice cream and candy.For me, that story somehow speaks of my independence, but also describes accurately my professional profile: I am passionate about business. I love analyzing what goes on in people’s hearts and minds. For me, this is the spearhead of the business.My working life has allowed me to travel through various territories from customer service, business, brand and communication strategy, as well as business and commercial management. Today, with almost 20 years in this trade, I would say that my profile is a mixture between strategy, results, passion and leadership.My goal today is to contribute to the company to create an innovate business strategy, that can set trends in the market, stand out from the competition and surpass challenges. For this, I am convinced that we must work hard, guide and inspire the team to execute the strategy efficiently, and in a margin of profitable excellence.The same spark that arose within me when joining that gigantic garden of my friend's aunt and my desire to have money to buy ice cream and candy ... today continues to arise when combining KPIs with happy customers, and the desire to grow the business
