I founded Zazu Ents to help Hospitality venues with their Bookings and Payments. Zazu is a SAAS based software solution. I took part in an Enterprise Ireland backed program called New Frontiers (entrepreneur program) I was selected from over 300 entrepreneurs that applied. I launched the business in December 2019 disturbing the market with a brand new take on bookings and payments. We signed up multiple venues in Ireland taking business from the likes of Opentable and ResDiary. In March 2020 the hospitality sector shut down and therefor stop us trading. When the market reopened Zazu had great success but with great success comes great challenges. I secured a KKR grant of €10,000 in 2021 (the only European business to receive this grant)This funding help us to keep growing. However with the opening and closing of the hospitality sector due to COVID venues looked to costs. This hit our business very hard and forced us to cease trading.

In 2015 I took my first lease on a licensed venue. I created No 5 is located on Merrion Court, just off Merrion Row, in the bustling Dublin 2 neighbourhood. First thing I did was approach Torres Wines as I recognised they had no Vinoteca bar in Ireland. I negotiated a deal to call the bar No.5 Vinoteca in return for a significant sponsorship deal. No.5 Vinoteca was perfect venue for occasional parties including engagement celebrations, 30th/40th/50th, christenings and corporate bookings. Food severed Wednesday and Thursday from 5pm till 11pm and Friday and Saturday from 5pm till 1amThis piano bar is also available for event and private hire, and can host private dining exclusively for up to 40 persons on the first floor with menus provided by neighbouring restaurant, The Unicorn has developed a reputation for serving cutting edge Italian cuisine which was rebranded to critical acclaim. Menus can be tailored to suit all budgets. Owner, Ivano Cafolla's passion for live music is echoed throughout the secluded venue, with live artists performing every Friday and Saturday night. With a secret garden welcoming guest upon arrival in the heart of Dublin’s city centre, No 5 truly has the perfect setting for customers to enjoy their drinks in style. In 2006 I set up Afterdark.ie. I spotted a gap in the market. There was no dedicated online platform marketing Irelands Bars, Nightclubs and Restaurants. We charged these venues a flat monthly fee and sent in a Promo teams at the weekend to take pictures their customers in those venues. These photos where then uploaded on Sunday. To see them people had to sign up to the the site creating a database of 56,0000 people in a few short years. We became Irelands leading nightlife entertainment brand. We host Irelands biggest and best parties. We brought a new dynamic in nightlife entertainment with our unique brands to suit all markets.

I took over the promoting of The Kitchen nightclub in June 2010 for the Press Up Group. I had one objective driving sales by promoting weekly and monthly events for 3 years. Within 3 months The Kitchen Nightclub became the main club in Dublin. The Kitchen nightclub hosted some of the biggest international acts in these 3 years.
