I have been a successful promoter and marketer to the Restaurant, Nightclub and Bar industry and have been working in this sector for 25 years. In these 25 years I have achieved so much and continue to learn. These 25 years have been a results based business for me. I am highly motivated person who likes to be part or a team and lead that team. Sales has always been my role regardless of the title of Founder, CEO, MD really it was always Sales that I have a passion for. I have always been a believer of if you have access to the decision maker just go to them. I am a confident outgoing person with excellent communication skills and have always managed people to the highest standards in the various businesses I have had. Family is everything to me. I am a proud husband of Sophie Cafolla. Dad to Sofia, Sienna and Dominic. Getting the right work life balance has been tricky when you work in the Hospitality Sector but it is something I have achieved. I am a massive sports fan. Rugby would be my first sport love closely followed by football and Golf. If I am not working or with the family you will find me either on a golf course (most likely Lahinch Golf Club) or in the gym. I started DJ-ing when I was 15. I have a serious passion for music and over the past 25 years became one of Irelands well know DJ’s. I played all over the country and abroad in UAE, India, South Africa and Europe. This has been an amazing way to travel around the world and see new places and experience new cultures. I am always happy to help out whenever I can and get involved in as much charity work as I can with a particular focus on working with kids charities. My wife and I have raised funds for Crumlin Children's Hospital hosting a large Ball in the Mansion House a few years ago raising great money for their paediatric cardiac unit.

CeoZazu Ents Jan 2018 - Apr 2023County Dublin, IrelandI founded Zazu Ents to help Hospitality venues with their Bookings and Payments. Zazu is a SAAS based software solution. I took part in an Enterprise Ireland backed program called New Frontiers (entrepreneur program) I was selected from over 300 entrepreneurs that applied. I launched the business in December 2019 disturbing the market with a brand new take on bookings and payments. We signed up multiple venues in Ireland taking business from the likes of Opentable and ResDiary. In March 2020 the hospitality sector shut down and therefor stop us trading. When the market reopened Zazu had great success but with great success comes great challenges. I secured a KKR grant of €10,000 in 2021 (the only European business to receive this grant)This funding help us to keep growing. However with the opening and closing of the hospitality sector due to COVID venues looked to costs. This hit our business very hard and forced us to cease trading. -

Food severed Wednesday and Thursday from 5pm till 11pm and Friday and Saturday from 5pm till 1amThis piano bar is also available for event and private hire, and can host private dining exclusively for up to 40 persons on the first floor with menus provided by neighbouring restaurant, The Unicorn has developed a reputation for serving cutting edge Italian cuisine which was rebranded to critical acclaim. Menus can be tailored to suit all budgets. Owner, Ivano Cafolla's passion for live music is echoed throughout the secluded venue, with live artists performing every Friday and Saturday night. To see them people had to sign up to the the site creating a database of 56,0000 people in a few short years. We became Irelands leading nightlife entertainment brand.
