Contributed to the development of a feature that allowed more customers to be approved for loans (within the Global Pay Later product), affecting up to 40,000 customers per month. Rather than outright declining customers who had past due balances from loans on their account, we implemented the option for customers to pay past due balances while being able to apply for a new loan for the immediate purchase they were going to make.
