Managed improvement projects of the customer service level and reduced Takt engine production Time. He led teams of technicians and engineers for customer support. Obtained result of 18.4 million reais in the year 2015 with the Overhaul of 8 engines and 102 accessories belonging to the Brazilian Army Aviation 1.2 million reais from the Brazilian Navy with the overhaul of 1 engine and 1.5 million reais on repairs and services for the Brazilian Air Force.
