• Surface measurements and inspections with ATOS Scanner and coordinate measuring machine CMM of parts in various stages such as development, production and release processes for production and improvement.• Inspection, analysis, and feedback on both surface conditions and dimensional behavior of production Toolings and molds to apply, preventive or corrective and improvement activities.• Support on decision-making regarding re-machining of molds and subsequently monitoring and feedback on the direct impact reflected in the product.• Placing or in some cases modification and sending measuring reports of both measurement equipment to different areas from production to management level and quality areas.• Monitoring, support and feedback to customers in case of complaints.• Evaluation of models to be quoted and with it to verify the feasibility of its manufacture with the current capacities of the process.• Improvements in measurement methods and creation of Work Instructions applicable to both laboratories.• Statistical analysis with data for analysis and troubleshooting process for quality, technology, and engineering areas.• Support to the Engineering and Development of New Products Department with activities related to the development and launch of new parts (Integration of PPAPs, revision of AMEFS, Flow Diagrams and Work Instructions).
