I am currently a Senior Analyst on the Investment Team at Nine Left Capital LP, a global credit-focused hedge fund focused on value and special situations opportunities. Previously, I was a Vice President on the Investment Team at H/2 Capital Partners (a cross capital structure hedge fund, where I specialized in distressed credit and special situations opportunities), and before that, I was a Vice President on the Investment Team at Strategic Value Partners (a deep-value oriented hedge fund focused on distressed debt, opportunistic credit and private equity). Prior to that, I spent 4 years at Goldman Sachs, working in the Investment Banking Division in New York City. As an associate in the Leveraged Finance Group, I worked on a variety of restructuring and bankruptcy-related financings, as well as distressed M&A transactions. I️ also worked on more traditional high yield transactions, acquisition financings and leveraged buyouts. Before that, I was an analyst in the Structured Finance Group, covering primarily insurance and reinsurance companies.I have a Master of Engineering degree in Financial Engineering from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering / Operations Research (as well as a minor in Mathematical Sciences) from Clemson University (Calhoun Honors College).
