As Project Manager, I have delivered more tens of projects in last 4 years, all high end e-commerce solutions to a world class clients, based on Demandware, IBM WebSphere Commerce, and Marketlive technologies. Projects sized between 30k and 0.7 Mio, and up to 12 thousand hours. Main responsibilities: Managing several projects on daily basis, through full project implementation cycle including phases like discovery, definition, design, development, transition, and maintenance.Securing resource plans for the projects and balancing resources between projects.As part of the projects, successfully coordinated and delivered tens of third party integrations, including payments, fraud management, affiliate marketing, SEO, intelligent prediction, analytics, order management and fulfilment, call center, CRM, CMS, shipping, taxation, recommendations, etc.

Main responsibilities: managing people and projects delivery, responsible for improving the processes within the group. Made sure that projects meet the pre-defined success criteria, including time, cost, quality, and budget goals, with a structured projects initiation, delivery, and closure.Delivered a series of product development projects, built a strong core team, improved time-to market, introduced elements of agile methodologies, cultivated best practices for engineering.Performed future releases roadmap and client backlog planning.Developed and deployed ODC human resources development system, which included workflow, procedures, roles and responsibilities. Managed the process for the first 6 months of the training center.

Analysed, designed and developed software products in C and C++. The main product was the software to process the data and build forecsts based on various mathematical models and algorithms.
