Service Coordinator
Current- Coordination of incoming instruments for repair and calibration and exporting to the U.S. or within Canada- Liaison for internal service group for repairs and returns ( receiving, billing, shipping )- Support the day to day coordination/administration of the Oakville service operation- Manage GUI work orders and Salesforce cases, their update so they show current status of Calibration/Repairs at all times- Co-ordinate with Vendors, Shippers, Technicians and Customers in order to have most efficient instruments turnaround- Creation of custom documents and all associated processes to flow product in import-export environment- Follow up and resolve invoice and PO issues with Vendors and Customers on daily bases - Purchase order management , accurate and timely invoicing of work orders- Provide excellent customer service; handle complaints, disagreements and issuing Quotes ones needed
