Developpe of operating company to new level.After the analysis of the previous activity of company starting development of 2 new directions is begun.For each direction were done:- names of a brand and domains- logo and corporate style- strategy and tactics of development- concept of web marketingFurther development of company led to restructuring of company and a conclusion of new kinds of activity in separate companies. Names of brands I will publish after coming them to the market.Some items of expenditure of company are reduced.

Every day the youth center was visited up to 90 people.Carrying out activities for youth: hobby circles, work in the open territory. Motivation of youth to independent activity. I was certified as youth worker of the 4th level. My activities for development of children by means of the computer are especially noted by the Center of youth work of Estonia. Attendance of the center grew by 1,5 times.

Problem - the notification from the lessor of termination contract of the rent in connection with full reconstruction of the building.Tasks:- finding new area for salon,- preparation for the beginning of work - transformation of the leased areas under needs and standards of beauty shops- development of a logo- preparing an advertising products- the organization and the publication of articles in the media- socializing and visualization of salon- search of new clientsResult:- the new rooms is found for salon in the downtown. - Despite increase in cost of rent more than 4 times, after 3 months the center became profitable.- increase in number of workers: before - 3 people, later - 6. Now we plan to increase salon - to open branch.- carrying out courses for specialists in manicure and a podiatry.

Riksi Hulgikaubanduse OÜ was established in 1995. Company act as an importer/wholesaler of textile products. We have fixed assortment for men, women and children underwear, swim-wear, socks and stockings. We also carry some clothing collections and accessories such as t-shirts, caps, gloves, scarfs, etc. Almost all bigger supermarkets and chains are our clients, just to name few of them: ETK, Selver, Konsum, A&O, Rimi. A half of the turnover comes from sales to Latvian, Lithuanian and Finnish market. Following brands are represented by us on Estonian market: UNNO, Princesa, Bellinda, Abanderado, New Age, MAAX, Ocean, Gaul, Telteksa, Otto Werner, Dorea and 38°. The brands originate from Spain, Portugal, Germany, Poland, Lithuania and Turkey. Company also deals with stock-lots ( factories overproduction, insurance cases, samples ). Usually the lots come by containers, what makes a good price and a high quality. Over the years we have established well working sales channels to Baltic States and Finland.2011 (before my activity) came to the end on balance - 68'000 EUR (minus). The next year under my management came to the end on balance + 16'500 EUR (plus)

During the first month the turnover raised on +60%. I was engaged in creation of the new webpage.After changing of service contracts, on second month the self-cost of meals droped down from 73% to 38% without losing quality. That was a first month when restaurant was not worked in minus.Later the furniture was replaced. Youth union SiiN is established and works since 2001. The Union has founded to promote constructive dialog and develop the youth self-consciousness and creativeness including development of their powers, involvement into public life and protection of their rights and interests both in the Republic of Estonia and on the international level. Youth Union SiiN are active member of the Estonian National Youth Council and Tallinn Youth co-work project ― discussing questions of youth policies on the state and city-Tallinn level, taking part in the pan-European projects „Diversity and Cohesion” and “All Different, All Equal”. Youth Union SiiN is member of the pan-European Organisations: MoE – Minority of Europe, ENAR – European Network Against Racism, UNITED for Intercultural Action, YEN- Youth of European Nationalities. Main activities: 1. Youth Information - Youth portal WWW.SiiN.EE was created by organization youngsters. Also we have editorial office, there young journalists choose how to represent interesting and important youth news by themselves. Since April 2006 Youth Union SiiN has its double page in one Estonian national newspaper. The rubric is called UPDATE. 2. Support Youth initiatives and projects - Our organization supports youth initiatives and projects. That means we organize youth exchanges and support youth initiatives within the YOUTH in Action programme. 3. EVS coordinating and sending organization. 4. Training Courses - We organize training courses on different subjects like leadership, teamwork, project writing, school of journalism, school of debates, school of democracy. 5. Advocasy - Youth Union SiiN also works with advocacy of young people. Youth Union SiiN is active member of Estonian National Youth Council and Tallinn Youth co-work project ― discussing about youth policies in and protecting Russian-minority youth interests on the city-Tallinn and the Republic level. 6. Debates - Debate Club for pupils.

In 2003, when I worked half of year brings only 363'000EEK(23'000€) minus. 2004 get first profit +63'000EEK(4'000€). 2005 - 630'000EEK(40'000€) . 2006 - profit 1'545'000(99'000€). 2007 - profit 2'450'000EEK(157'000€).During the time the equipment and the painting camera was upgraded. The personnel is replaced.Tasks:- to make manufactory profitable,- to modernize production,- to train workers to work in new standards,- search of customers for the interseasonal period.
