The system is administered both at the head office and in 26 branches.

- Prompt solution of problems related to computer equipment, office equipment, telephony, software (1st line of technical support)- Support for remote users.- Installation and configuration of PC, laptops, IP-phones.- Connecting devices to the organization's network infrastructure.- Windows Server 2016 Administration (AD, GPO, etc.).- Microsoft Exchange Administration.- Installation and configuration of office equipment (printers, scanners, MFPs).- Installation and configuration of software: operating systems, system-wide, specialized, cryptographic software, drivers.- The number of serviced PS in the office is 120 units, the number of remotely service PS is 130 units.
