We could iterate fast to explore our market fit with agility, know when to pay the tech debt, and not die when scaling.We got PCI certified very soon, which allowed us to provide our clients with a much better and smoother product and service and a much more cost-efficient solution by removing the need for an external PSP for core activities (such as recurring payments). I established relationships with strategic people in our market that allowed us to:* to integrate some huge merchants by overcoming different tech and non-tech-related challenges,* to develop win-win relationships with some providers (within the payments arena) and partners (for example, several eCommerce platforms).I comfortably partnered with the CEO and the Sales Manager to accompany them to visits with strategic clients and support them on the tech, product, and operative issues that could arise.
