• Lead the design of the new Demand Generation Model, working together with the leadership team.• Co-lead the definition of the capabilities development road-map for the Field Force and the First Line Managers aligned with Novartis Strategy. • Structure the Field Customer Engagement area, creating the internal processes to manage the new team members on boarding, the strategic team meetings, the knowledge management, the regional business review, and the cycle meetings, ensuring operational excellence. • Optimize the field force administrative time and keep them focused on execution, through the cross functional process integration that involves the field force.• Establish the governance of an effective team, setting up the purpose, the team rules, and defining the expected behaviors.

• Lead the capture customer satisfaction project in Colombia and LaCan region.• Build the omnichannel strategy baselines, developing and deploying through the brands, a new customer digital engagement channel like Rep Trigger Email (RTE) as a new reach way to our HCP.

• Develop analytical reports of Business & Customer Intelligence, brands, and market performance, synthetizing findings into actionable insights which enabled informed decisions. • Create an optimized internal incentives and awards calculation process, achieving the brand strategies and ensuring the process accuracy.

• Lead the market research process for all the priority brands.
