Currently, I work at SR Technics Group, a leading provider of technical solutions to the aviation industry, where I support the operations and maintenance of various applications and systems, and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders across the globe.In my current role, I am the subject matter expert for the Windows Server 2016 Migration Projects, where I manage the migration of over 100 applications and databases from legacy servers to the new platform, ensuring compliance, security, and performance standards. I also leverage my skills in Robotic Process Automation and SQL Reporting to automate and optimize various processes and tasks, such as data extraction, validation, and analysis, and generate insightful reports for management and clients. Additionally, I provide technical support and guidance to the users and the IT team, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and implement changes and enhancements to the applications and systems.
