Assist shift leadership during potential candidate interviews and provide onsite facility tours.Identify training and knowledge gaps, provide continuous coaching, and foster a genuine learning environment for team members.Coordinate with CI, Quality, Training/Development, and Operations to produce and implement training materials and work instructions.Perform in-person translations (English/Spanish) with team members and potential hires, Ensuring correct verbiage is utilized for training, job descriptions and expectations, core values, and benefit explanation purposes, as well as staying aware of conversational context and country/region specific dialect differences as pertaining to the Spanish language in LATAM.Translating general company information & history, mini games, safety, quality, UltiPro & benefits sections during New Hire Orientation. Translate operation procedures and technical verbiage during West Main Creamery / East Main Caves facility tours.Translate, proof read, and explain product converting process work instructions for use in general production by converting team members in the specified target language (Spanish).
