I’ve recently finished my flight training as a Commercial Pilot. Now, I’m excited to pivot my career from taking to the skies myself to dusting off my Communication Studies college degree and surfing about it. I believe that my wealth of experience in aviation combined with my abilities as a communicator would make me a valuable asset to the industry in which I work.I have experience working as a Customer Service Officer and developing my own business, Mahardika Bangunan and Cipta Jaya Xpress. My first goal has always been to make sure that the customers gets what they came for. When I get into a job, I want to know everything. What can we do? How can we do it? The devil is often in the details, so I make sure to be precise and detail-oriented.I strive to build my reputation at work by keeping open lines of communication with teammates and folks in different functional roles to find out what they know and how best to work with them. I navigate between sometimes competing goals of the firm and the customer by applying what I’ve learned through this communication. I stay up-to-date on current trend in aviation, technology, and innovation and am eager to join a start-up or established business.
