First of all, please introduce my self. My name is Ivan, I was born in Jakarta. I'm interested in IT, specially computer hardware and Windows. I started using Windows since Windows 98.At about 10 years old my uncle named Bintang Nugraha teach me all aspect about Computer, specially Computer hardware and Windows. So, all my IT knowledge are based on my experience.When I'm 20 years old I started to worked at my dad's company named Proteksindo Insurance Broker. But my father not gave me as an IT Manager position yet. I started as an IT assistant first. Since then I start to learnt how to be a Professional IT. I learn how to manage a Windows Server, Hosting Server, and of course advancing how to troubleshoot a Windows and Hardware Computer. I like to troubleshoot computer until now. I could say I'm a Windows end user and an expert in Computer troubleshooting, but I'm not a programmer. I hope with this knowledge I could help company who needed.
