Verifone purchase EFTPOS NZ Limited in 2013.On top of what was required of me in my previous role I was given extra responsibility to- Coaching and mentoring staff in Manila, Helsinki, and Bangalore to ensure time critical work was delivered.- Produce test summary reports to respective project teams.- Become test lead and deliver ANZ Release 1.0 and Westpac (Australia) 1.2.- Provide test estimation for certification with major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and JCB).

I started in 2002 as an inbound team member, where I was required to process inwards goods each day and load EFTPOS terminals with the required software. I was also responsible for ensuring that the outbound team stock levels were sufficient enough to ensure their daily targets were met. In 2003 I was appointed a position within the outbound team of Equipment Management. I was responsible for programming, packing and dispatching of EFTPOS terminals to external clients. As an outbound team member I needed to have excellent time management skills to ensure all kits met specific installation dates, as well as a strong focus on getting it right the first time. In 2005 I took on more responsibility, which included:- The auditing of old and outstanding jobs using MIS reports.- Taking sole responsibility of large EFTPOS rollouts and training new employees.- Being the main contact point in Equipment Management for all internal queries. - Completing the monthly reporting for Equipment Management.
