I used a multifaceted approach to achieve my objectives, including the following:► Account Leadership: I assessed specific client needs and built long-term partnerships with the largest player in each market segment, such as Green Mountain-Keurig (5 year contract signed for 60 billion cups) in Coffee, Danon or General Mills (Contract signed for 1.2 Billion Yoplait cups and 1 billion Greek Yogurt Cups) in Yogurt, and Daisy Brands (Contract signed for part of their West Coast packaging business) in Dairy. ► Product Development: I intensified efforts to align products to client packaging needs. We started three plants in less than 3 years, adopted 8 new technologies, installed 28 machines, and produced 700M cups monthly.► Sustainable Growth: I committed people to action through team-building and organizational leadership skills. By integrating teams and creating a unified vision, we achieved revenues of $170M in 2014. We increased capacity to produce more than 5 billion K Cups for Keurig per year and signed a contract extension for five years to produce more than 35 billion cups. At every step in our business development efforts, we adapted to client needs and planned for the future.► Business Development: Through innovative planning and strong decision-making, I steered new opportunities and growth horizons. We acquired Foil lid business, representing $16M-$18M, started the Unilever business in thermorming, implanted Technical and R&D teams in the USA, contracted the Daisy brand, opened a third plant to optimize shrink sleeve application for the Greek yogurt industry in the USA, and started CP’s and CPK’s measurements of plant process to adhere to customer specifications. This was a time of intense innovation, alliance-building, and teamwork. -

My prerogative was to build this department into a strong unit with dedicated team members. I created and implemented strategies to fuel company growth in the Latin American market. Within six months, we consolidated sales in the region and reached new markets in the Caribbean and Central American markets. At the same time, I contemplated expansion opportunities to the USA. I analyzed the USA market, customers, and specific needs to devise action plans. As a team leader, I motivated team members to ensure every member was thoroughly committed to company growth and success. When everyone is on the same page, my role as a leader is even more impactful.► Profit Growth: We achieved transformational change, developing the Latin American GP from $3M to $32M per year.
