As the Human Resources Manager, I am directly responsibile for administration of company benefits, tracking FMLA & LOA absences, Hiring & Recruitment, Employee Payroll, Vacation & Personal Time Tracking as well as other duties as needed.

As a Human Resources Generalist I was tasked with managing and implementing a virtual recruitment strategy, managing recruitment advertisements, inventory and supply of company uniform, conducting new employee orientation as well as involvement in special company events.

The Custodial Technician's position entailed part-time responsibilities for cleaning duties amongst the campus of four office space buildings. This included mopping, dusting, trash duties, sweeping, vacuuming and additional duties as assigned per the Maintenance Director.

The Intership at K&D entailed multiple entry level tasks in the office from paperwork preparation, filing, packet creation, flyer distribution as well as company uniform inventory restocking.

The position entailed commercial and residential unit repairs as well as painting services. From dry wall repairs, sealant, painting and preparation work to make spaces live-in ready!
