I designed an efficient and effective management strategy to respond to the needs of resource management and a strategic vision, structured in six levels: Communication, Productivity, Operational, Structural, Security and Efficient Management. This strategy allowed an 80% increase in the resolution of failures in level I; Reduction of 46% of reports without resolution; saving of 28% in the budget; 100% increase in access to training; 100% increase in access and security of information.

I directed the development and implementation of a management tool for contract management of Cantv satellite deployments providers, achieving 100% efficiency in the process, updating the Cantv customer base database, and greater control of the annual budget.I designed an aggressive and unprecedented strategy to migrate the most satellite services to undersea cable systems to improve speeds, capacities and investment costs, sixty-three percent (63%) of service contracts were renegotiated, which allowed a saving of USD 1.2 Million per month and a 30% optimization of network resources.Developed a strategy of review and optimization of active services leased in submarine cable systems, achieving savings of USD 2.4 Million per month and improvement of prices of thirty two (32) services that allowed future savings of USD 52 Million per year.Designed and developed the strategy to reduce costs in international calls, achieving a savings of USD 3.5 million per month.Project leader for planning and execution of physical adaptations of the Camurí Submarine Cable Station for the implementation of the Alba I Submarine Cable, delivery was achieved thirty (30) days ahead of schedule, with a 100% execution.

As project leader, I designed and developed civil works inspection plans for forty (40) Penitentiary Establishments, seven (07) Regional Command and Control Centers and one (01) National Command and Control Center. I designed and developed security plans for the distribution of equipment of 100% of the establishments. My management achieved a compliance surplus of 96 days to the expected for the design phase and 89% in the development phase.
