Head of Product of Reputation @ ReputationDAO (dao.reputation.link)Together with my team, I was responsible for leading the vision to provide a credibly neutral reputation as a service for Chainlink Oracles, DAOs, smart contract protocols and their users. I was responsible for overseeing the initial development of the new Oracle Reputation V2 platform, which allows DeFi users to inspect the underlying Oracle data feed security in their smart contracts. Part of my role allowed me the responsibility of expanding the team, both in hiring and onboarding as necessary to allow for our ambitious goals to be met. This also included managing the team, fostering good and open communication between team members, and putting plans in place.I also played a vital role in the development of the new front-end and user interface, which provides a clean and intuitive way of interacting with the Reputation platform and visualizing Oracle performance. With the shift and expansion in focus and market developments, I was able to lead the initial transition and brainstorming process of the company to a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) which governs the Reputation ecosystem. Additionally, together with the engineering team, we were able to re-engineer of the backend and functionality, resulting in a faster, more fault-tolerant, and easier-to-scale system. Overall, my efforts have greatly improved the transparency and reliability of the Chainlink Oracle network for smart contract applications, developers, and DeFi users.

By establishing a platform that provides education and engagement about blockchain technology, the organization brings the best international, national and local initiatives to students and talented individuals, in order to create globally competitive talent.- Responsible for creating awareness and provide education about Blockchain technology, holding workshops and industry seminars, by contributing to the student run organisation in both networking and research development.- Responsible for designing the website, workshops and road-maps based around languages such as Golang and Solidity to provide a low-level understanding and application of Blockchain and decentralised technologies.- Responsible for record-keeping, investigation, and allocation of funds and donations received by the organisation.
