* Act a business partner to the CEO to guide and build value in the company* Provide support to the Board of Directors and shareholders as needed* Manage treasury, finance, accounting and compliance functions with the necessary processes and internal controls to safeguard the corporate assets* Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses and information reports* Serve on planning and policy-making committees* Provide timely, accurate analysis of budgets and financial reports to assist the CEO and other executives with their responsibilities* Oversee completion of timely annual audited financial statements* Manage budgeting and long term financial planning process* Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the Company* Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory interactions* Develop reliable global cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs of the Company* Optimize the management of bank and deposit relationships and initiates appropriate strategies to enhance the Company’s cash position on a broad overall basis and manage cash flow investment risk and yields* Continually improve the timeliness and accuracy of the Company’s cash flow and management of the billing and collections process and month end, quarterly and year end closings* Ensure compliance with all tax reporting requirements* Develop and advise on business development and strategic planning* Enhance and develop, implements and enforces policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the Company* Recommend and manage Company relationship with outside financial consultants* Perform other financial-related duties as required

•Ensure compliance with US GAAP, company finance policies and local statutory requirements•Assist in quarterly reviews and year-end audit activities. Support the audit of company accounts•Generate/review financial key operating indicators and work with locations to assure adherence to data and calculation definitions•Coordinate preparation and reporting of accurate twelve-month rolling financial forecast•Direct control on reaching targeted cost budget level, review/provide budget proposals and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification•Direct control on Capital Expenditures budgets including tender procedure arrangement•Ensure and lead on reports preparation which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses and earnings based on past, present and expected operations•Ensure Sarbanes Oxley compliance in accordance with Flex standard policy and procedure for financial reporting•Interpret and apply financial policies, governmental legislation, accounting theory or customer financial regulation•Make recommendations to management regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities, risks and profitability improvement strategies•Coordinate with all levels of management in order to get finance company position analyzed, summarized and prepare recommendations regarding acquisition activity, new business planning and new projects development•Oversee proper inventory control and efficient purchasing activity•Research and prepare economic reports on subjects such as ROA, ROIC, ROITC NWC requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance. •Preparation of quarterly presentations including quarterly business reviews, annual budgets and long term strategic planning initiatives •Provide feedback and coaching to finance team •Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce
