I am a hospitality finance professional with wide range of experience from various archetypes of hotels and now corporate. I joined HQ at the peak of Pandemic in 2020 and it allowed me to shift more on solving complex business problems. My current role as a Senior Director focuses on Reimbursement ($4B) of the Bonvoy program. This role encompasses not just hotel reimbursement economics (for 8500 properties/ 200M members), but also all partners of the program including 40+ airline partners. I leveraged my hotel experiences and education to pinpoint core problems to solve. The corporate experience deepened my knowledge in analytics and most importantly confirmed my passion in this industry.My approach for solving problems begins with facing them with compassion, handling with sense of urgency, and solving for mutual benefit. At the end, I find meaningful results for stakeholders, and sustainable strategies.
