Lead the process for Series B ($140M) and Series C ($120M) equity financing from Accel, CapitalG, Silversmith and Y Combinator, and two venture debt facilities. Webflow is B2B SaaS business based out of San Francisco, with the mission to bring development superpowers to everyone and build the world’s most powerful no-code development platform.

Acquired Flickr from Yahoo/Verizon, and lead financial due diligence and negotiation of the deal. Post acquisition, oversaw Finance, Accounting and Tax of combined businesses.
