Before working at Coca-Cola, I founded and led tech startup companies in Brazil and Latin America.I serve as a board member of the Brazilian media industry association - Grupo de Mídia (it represents the media ecosystem in Brazil: social media platforms, biggest advertisers, advertising agencies, media groups, and media tech companies). In 2020, I was nominated for Innovation Professional of the Year by the Caboré Awards, Brazil's most important awards for innovation, marketing, and the advertising industries.

I conducted the building and execution of Coke&Go's Data & AI Product Vision and Roadmap Global Strategy, influencing senior-level stakeholders and conveying the product value proposition to various audiences - from technical to business stakeholders.• The key AI-powered features and strategies developed include a self-serve experience based on image recognition of products, a recommendation model for cooler placement, capabilities for personalized consumer experiences, and commercial execution optimization to provide the right assortment and product availability.• I also developed data products that provided insights, analytics, and next-best action recommendations, including a global data lake, a global database consolidating real-time data from multiple countries, and a global data privacy policy. Furthermore, a global dashboard and a decision intelligence squad provided real-time analytics and recommended the next-best actions for growth strategies.

I led the entire end-to-end Data, Analytics, and AI journey for Coca-Cola Brazil.The AI-powered Products developed reduced the out-of-stock in supermarkets, preventing 95.95% of out-of-stock events and revenue loss by 93%, reducing lost sales by 50%, and boosting the fill rate by 8pp. They increased beverage incidence across food delivery platforms, restaurants, and drive-thru in partnership with McDonald's LATAM. Additionally, they allowed Coca-Cola Brazil to run smart cooler MVPs to build a new unattended retail channel. The Data Products developed provided insights, analytics, and recommendations to optimize the commercial execution of Coca-Cola Brazil.
