Job description: Coordinates and controls the work of a sales team with the task of implementing and implementing marketing and action plans aimed at realizing a sales plan on the territory of Serbia. Organizes the work of medical sales representatives; in charge of drafting a work plan and a plan for visiting the associate to the client; Distribution of Sales Force by Territories, Products and Doctors in accordance with the Marketing Strategy and Setting Objectives Organization of work and participation at promotional meetings of all levels Participates in the development, implementation, and control of agreed action plans for products at monthly, quarterly and annual level, through the work of associates with doctors and pharmacists in the field Controls the work of Medical Sales Representatives through double visits to the field Performs supervision and control of Medical Sales Representatives through reporting on:- on the realization of individual sales plans per Reps- about the work of associates- about the activities of competition- on the performance of conducted field activities- systematic filling of the database- Segmentation and categorization of doctors and pharmacists Participates in the selection and training of new Medical Sales Representatives  He is responsible for the development of Medical Sales Representatives through mentoring and continuous education in sales skills He is responsible for developing and improving the team by strengthening team spirit He is responsible for maintaining and developing relations with KOL and a key buyer in the territory of Serbia
