• Perform Designing, Layout and Hydraulic Calculations of Fire Sprinkler Systems.• Review, Analyze and interpret contract documents, including all disciplines of construction drawings and specifications.• Coordinate with Sub-Contractors and General Contractor/Owner to gather the required information to design the project.• Oversees project progression from inception to completion including design, permits, material delivery, labor schedules, and field installation.• Provide Fire Sprinkler Design with AutoCAD and AutoSPRINK.• Responsible for BIM Modeling and Field Surveying.• Create Stock List for all material needed and for Fabrication.• Coordinate with other Trades.• Attending job meetings as required.• Identify changes in projects that impact cost, schedule, or labor requirements.• Ensure Fire Sprinkler Design and Field Installation complies with codes and permits such as NFPA, IBC, IFC and others.• Coordinate change orders and drives toward overall margin improvement on every job.

I performed Design of Fire Protection Systems for Commercial and Industrial occupancies, storage buildings, factory buildings. All in accordance with NFPA 13, 14, 20, 24, FM Data Sheets, California Fire Code, Client Requirements. Projects are design in AutoSprink and AutoCAD.

I performed Design of Fire Protection Systems for Commercial and Industrial occupancies including light, ordinary and extra hazard occupancies, storage buildings, factories buildings, retail stores, mines, etcetera. Projects included Hydraulic Calculations, Sway Bracing Calculations, Fire Pump Rooms, Water Storage Tanks, complying with NFPA 13, 14, 20, 24, FM Data Sheets, Client Requirements and other things the projects required. Plans and specifications in AutoCAD, Hydraulic Calculations using Hydronics Software, Sway Brace Calculations using TOLBrace.

Performed Design of Domestic Water, Waste and Vent Systems in Commercial and Industrial Buildings, Multi-level buildings and others. Projects were done in accordance with current codes and standards, I performed hydraulic calculations of the systems, calculated water flow based on fixture units, pipe diameters for domestic water, waste, vent, determined the total dynamic head according to the friction losses, selected pumps and others. I worked on approximately 15 projects making drawings in AutoCAD.
