Responsibilities:- Global Corporate Finance team, including financial planning and budgeting, equity and debt financing, grant raising, and business intelligence, overseeing 6 staff.- Global Operational Finance team, including reporting and controlling, overseeing 8 staff.- Financial management of 7 legal entities across Africa and the US.- General management of Fenix International through the ENGIE-Fenix Steering Committee.Executed over $100m of equity investment into Fenix subsidiaries across 6 countries and over $12m of secured debt financing into Fenix Uganda.

- Responsible for the Global Corporate Finance team, including financial planning and budgeting, equity and debt financing, and grant raising, overseeing 5 staff.- Managed the ENGIE shareholder relationship and post-acquisition financial integration process.

Enclude Capital Advisory Services:- Responsible for business building, client relationships, and transaction execution.- Advised Fenix International on the sale of 100% of Fenix International equity to ENGIE SA – the first successful exit in the solar home system industry in Africa.

Impact Catalyst Fellow / Manager, Accelerator Program- Responsible for investment management and deal sourcing of early-stage enterprises in Thailand and Southeast Asia.- Provided oversight to a portfolio of four social enterprises working in agriculture, healthcare, and marine conservation. - Co-led the execution of an equity investment into Hilltribe Organics – an organic farming business based in northern Thailand.

- Responsible for co-leading business origination, transaction execution, and project management.- Provided expertise in financial analysis, evaluation of investment opportunities, capital structuring, and M&A.- Worked on a range of transactions across Energy and Resources, Consumer and Retail, Industrials, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy and Technology, in mature and developing markets.

- Responsible for supporting business origination, transaction execution, and project management.- Completed a 6-month rotation program in the Business Intelligence team, directly supporting the Head of EMEA Investment Banking.
