I established the European Operations for CyraCom, a worldwide leader in Phone Interpretation.

As the leader of the CyraCom Marketing team, I managed 10+ specialists working in areas of brand awareness, demand generation, proposal management, customer engagement, internal communications, product marketing, and public relations.

Managed CyraCom’s healthcare marketing activities. Developed new access solutions to CyraCom’s Over-the-Phone Interpretation service, managed IT development projects and coordinated go-to-market activities.

Managed “Vodafone live!” mobile content portal, defining product portfolio and determining development, specification, and implementation priorities. Conducted competitive, market, and consumer analysis, segmented client groups, and evaluated client needs. Designed pricing structures, devised marketing and advertising campaigns, and directed multiple concurrent projects. Networked with cross-functional employee teams.

Oversaw P&L for content products, including video, games, community and location-based services. Identified new product line opportunities and analyzed market potential. Wrote business plans, forecasted revenues, and delivered management presentations. Mentor call center personnel.
