During my time at Hightower (acquired by VTS)• I was solely responsible for mobile platform and core web features• Led design of the “Custom Alerts” workflow/proactive prediction system• Initiated visual and brand updates to our marketing site• Led cleanup of design patterns for the design team’s style guide achieving increased consistency and usability• I facilitated user calls and prototyping sessions, worked with product managers to conduct and synthesize research• Shifted to a product management role to support my team in a transitional period. Defined strategy and messaging for the release of new mobile features that achieved quarterly OKRs• I was in charge of interviewing and hiring new designers. I also took on growing the design culture, establishing collaborative sessions and crits, and setting up field trips and learning opportunities for the team

Working as a freelance motion artist, I tried on different hats in the process• I was directing animation, managing small groups of people, collaborating with motion designers and illustrators, worked as a post-production supervisor on the set. • Oversaw full production cycle, pitching case studies and ideas to clients, taking customer requirements and breaking them down into manageable, actionable next steps for the team. • Provided Art Direction and coaching for teammates.• I was responsible for the content of more than ten music videos and music shows.
