• Coordinated over 50 complex projects with national banks and government agencies.
• Developed the partner channel, including new and existing partners.
• Prepared reports and analytical notes for vendor requests in compliance with their policies.
• Participated in marketing activities: prepared presentations, acted as a speaker at partner and customer events (conferences, seminars, webinars).

Kyrgyzstan

• Provided end-to-end technical support for 6 large customers, including the largest commercial banks in Kazakhstan: Kaspi and Eurasian Bank.
• Led the team of 3 Level 2 support engineers, set goals, coached, and managed performance.
• Analysed performance reports to improve client experience.
• Collaborated with experts in central and local branches to develop solutions, and establish standards and incident metrics (TTR, overall resolution rate, customer satisfaction).
• Solved 97% of Level 2 tech support tickets without Level 3 escalation.
