I am a dedicated and highly motivated individual with a proven track record of a year-long immersive experience at Northwest Health Medical and Lakeshore Bone and Joint. Throughout my internship, I had the privilege of witnessing and shadowing a diverse spectrum of surgeries, ranging from routine procedures like cholecystectomy to complex interventions such as t4-l l spinal fusions. Working closely with eminent medical professionals like Dr.Taylor Coleman, Dr.Nancy Han, Dr.Jonathan G. Hobbs, a Neurosurgeon spine specialist, Dr.Brian Damitz, a DPM, and many more. I was not only exposed to the intricacies of various surgical techniques but also was taught ideas and practice of patient care and surgical procedures. My engagement extended beyond the surgical arena, as I had the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across departments including radiology, oncology, hematology, hospitalist care, physical therapy, cardiology, neurology, nuclear medicine, and women's health.This comprehensive exposure provided me with a holistic understanding of the interconnectedness of different specialties within the realm of healthcare. Furthermore, during my time at the ICU, cardiology, and neuroscience units, I directly observed the adverse effects of nicotine on patients, even teenagers, highlighting the critical importance of health education and preventive measures. My intern background, including relevant coursework in anatomy, physiology, medical ethics, and healthcare administration from Northwest Health, has equipped me with the foundational knowledge necessary to excel in the healthcare field. I possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a keen aptitude for problem-solving, which are essential attributes in delivering quality patient care. I have consistently demonstrated my passion for healthcare and my commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of patients.
