Research And Development Lead
Current- Plan and perform experiments on advanced growing methods and techniques to improve plant production efficiency, quality, and cost. - Coordinate, document, and investigate various trials to improve the current plant varieties, growing media mixes, fertilization, and Integrated Pest Management (IPM). - Analyze and interpret data from experiments and trials to draw inferences and make definitive improvement to the current growing methods and materials by formulating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and reports. - Organize, monitor, and study the biological pesticide control operations on specialty crops. - Provide capital expenditure recommendations to improve propagation areas, greenhouses, and outdoor growing areas.- Collaborate with external research teams to identify potential sustainable growing practices and examine the performance and economic feasibility of circular products. - Perform regular quality control inspections on irrigation water quality, growing media mixes, seedlings and finished plants.
