Created and stood up the global COVID-19 Vaccine Coordination Center for Johnson and Johnson's COVID-19 Vaccine during the pandemic.This cross-functional, multi-region team I created and led, developed governance and provided recommendations to senior management on global allocations to all countries and supranational organizations around the world: determining which countries/customers would receive how much of our vaccines, given a supply constrained situation.
