Report to Plant Director and Corporate Supply Chain.Report to Vice President Corporate Business IT.Plant relocation activities and setting up Business IT at a new site (moved to Warwick, UK in Oct-2013):• Leading role in adjustment and re-establishing of supply chain processes due to plant relocation and merger with newly acquired business.• Revision and extension of ERP system to incorporate business changes. System configuration, interfaces, data management. • Preparation of standard operating procedures, test cases and directions for use.• ERP systems expert with specialization in manufacturing, procurement and supply chain.• Process optimization in close cooperation with process owners and system users. Project participant on approved implementation projects.• User training and further consultation on strategy, objectives and practical use to ensure optimal utilization of ERP systems.• Personnel training in supply chain processes..Operations support:• Functional areas: customer services, strategic and fine capacity resource planning, feedback of production results into ERP system and variance analysis, shipping and transportation, purchasing of direct and indirect materials, goods receiving, inventory control, health and safety in warehouse areas, lean improvements in the supply chain.• KPIs development and reporting.• Inventory analysis and optimization of inventory levels. Planning of inventory flow.• Supplier management, supply agreements.• VSM and process improvements.• Standard cost calculation and analysis of cost drivers. • Business analysis, margin analysis.• Preparation of annual manufacturing budget.• Maintenance and improvement of ERP system. • User training.

Report to Purchasing and Logistics manager.• Internal transfer to UK from Belarus with the assignment to improve supply chain operations.• Purchasing of selected direct and indirect materials, supply chain co-ordination with manufacturing division in Singapore, inventory control, improvements in the supply chain. • Manufacturing forecasts /budgets.• KSE MRP system maintenance and improvements.• Project leader in implementation of KOM2 ERP system and its post-implementation support.

• Setup and support of supply chain operations at a newly built plant: procurement, production planning, shipments and transportation, inventory management. • Co-ordination of technology transfer projects.
