- Technical support for the prepaid part of the digital transformation OneBSS project execution in 2017-2020 to transform and migrate all existing businesses and the legacy systems of the 4 TAG (Telekom Austria Group), mobile operators, in the Balkans region into Ericsson CBIO17 full-stack solution. That includes BSCS, CS (Charging System), TCRM (Telco CRM), EOC (Ericsson Order Care), and Hybris (SAP product).- The developer of the billing aggregator application. Developing the application using Python in the first agile team and introducing the agile methodology within the company.- Project management and leading to the most complex projects that affect the BSS & Digital Services Department- Permanent improvement and analytics of processes to ensure the highest efficiency of operation processes which leads to better resolution time for incidents. Project manager for NSN eVoucher system:- Migration of 3rd party transaction centers (companies) to new NSN eVoucher system- Single point of contact throughout the project between external PM and internal teams from different departments- Leading a technical team of four. Responsible for writing T-SQL procedures, scripts and schedule DB jobs for specific requests- Monthly revenue for the NSN eVoucher system was about 10M EuroEnterprise software architect – provisioning system:- Developing postpaid and business subscriber provisioning solution using Oracle procedures and shell scripts.
