  As a Business Analyst within the AFKL Order API team, I:- am responsible for the analysis, implementation and aftercare of: - New features - Improvements - and bug fixeswithin the Digital Sales domain,- function as a bridge between Business and the developers, where I: - translate business requirements into development user stories - respond to Business enquiries that affect our domain - report on developments and results within the team - manage Business expectations and provide them with opportunities based on Sales KPI,- support the developers by providing them with answers to their product and functional questions;- handle Order API incident reports. Order API is mainly responsible for the parts of the Air France and KLM websites/apps where it is required to perform actions in Amadeus PNRs, e.g. adding/removing passenger details, booking ancillaries and processing payments. We therefore function as middleman between the other product teams and Amadeus, where they communicate with Order API and we translate their needs into Amadeus service requests.However it is worth mentioning that more and more digital touchpoints (like the tablet apps used by our colleagues at the airport) continue to migrate to Order API where possible. Therefore the Order API scope continues to grow.
