At Dimenco we worked as a team on 3D displays without wearables, for a wide variety of customers, from small size to large size displays. Among others i was involved in the switchable lens developments, optical bonding, product design, product and process optimalisations. in this role i carried out many project dealing with hardware and software tasks.

At Anteryon, I worked as a product and process engineer in the large area lens replication. Together with an account manager visited multiple customers to acquire work and successfully execute these projects. In this role I gained a lot about replication and sales at a high tech manufacturer of optical components.working area's- UV-replication- manual.

Eindhoven Area

At 3D solutions I focused on mastering and prototyping of lens structures for 3D displays. I was involved as technology specialist in the build of a large size (G6) machine to create lens structures by use of laser ablation, based on an excimer laser and mask projection. This was a huge investment for the incubator which needed approval from the board. I.

In this job I worked as a process engineer & project leader on different laserprocesses and lasersources. I did lot's of projects in the display and semiconductor area. My focus of the laser processes has been thin film and polymer structuring. I used mainly Excimer, short wavelenght YAG lasers.
